WHAT IS AAKG?

Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, or AAKG, is used to boost nitric oxide levels. Nitric oxide increases the delivery of blood, oxygen and nutrients to working muscles, increasing vascularity, energy production and endurance.

AAKG is most often taken prior to training – to increase energy, strength and performance. AAKG can also be taken before bed to increase recovery and GH release.
