Great Formula, But Plain Taste

The concept is fantastic — four real food carb sources, no added sugar, and sustained energy for training. I feel fuller and more energised throughout sessions. Only downside is the unflavoured profile, which makes it a bit bland on its own. Still, great if you mix it into shakes.

Clean Carbs That Work

Finally a carb supplement without all the sugar! The blend of maize, tapioca, waxy maize, and sweet potato gives me a steady energy release. I use it pre and intra-workout and notice better pumps and recovery without the crash. Unflavoured makes it easy to mix with protein or BCAAs.
